My brother has a jd 425 with a 54 " triple blade deck. When the pto is engaged cold the belt jumps off the pulley. He has found out that if pre turns the belt 10x's the belt does not jump off. This is only when the unit is cold when the belt jumps. The pulleys turn freely and seem to be true. This also happens no matter where the throttle is set.
Any ideas????
