Drain..... I'm not 100% sure if there is a plug at the bottom of the housing on yours or not. Mine is older and I have to disconnect the hose at the bottom of the housing and push it to the side. This is a lay on your back and plan on getting dirty kind of job, but it ain't a difficult one. Most important is to wipe down any and ALL areas that you will expose to dirt before removing filters, plugs etc. Dirt getting into the hydro is very bad, avoid it at all costs.
