I have a surging Kawasaki 17HP engine. Took the carb off, cleaned, reinstalled.
When I removed the governor arm and linkage, the top spring on the linkage arm was anchored to the same points that the link was.
I am having a difficult time finding a fixed mounting point for the carburetor-end of the spring.
Feeling a bit foolish...any hints?
