Hi Joe,
Your responses always seem to be right on target.
I have a problem and request your opinion.
My JD 425 with a Kawasaki FD620D-BS02 started smoking (white smoke) and discharging antifreeze out of the exhaust. I replaced the intake and head gaskets; had the heads rebuilt at a local shop, the same shop the local JD dealer uses. Used the torque specks from the JD shop manual when replacing the intake and heads.
It still smokes and antifreeze continues to be discharged out of the exhaust. The compression is 180 lbs in both cylinders.
What else should I check?
Thanks for the help!
Dan
