Just bought a used (1982) 750 compact tractor (20 HP). There is a valve under the seat (Open/Close) that appears to be broken. The handle screws all the way out and leaves what appears to be the rest of the bolt inside the housing. I'm assuming that it is closed. What is this valve for? I'm thinking it is for adjusting PTO pressure but not sure. As long as it is closed, will that be ok to leave it as is?
