Hello,
I have about an acre of land to cut, it's all flat and my budget is for about $1500.00 I know that the JD is not a true Deere and I've not really read much about the Husq.. there just isn't that much info out there on them. I've compared them both, talked to both dealers and if I buy one I'm getting it from them. I think that will cut out the "middle-man" such as Lowes & Home Depot, plus they will match the big box stores 10% off. These are the major differences I've found in both of these machines...

Kohler Courage 20hp Engine

I felt like w/ the Husq I'd get alittle more for my money, because I had read Kohlers were the way to go. Since then I've read on this forum that the new Kohlers are nothing like they use to be, so now I'm back to square one. I think I need alittle help, what is everyone's opinion on these two mowers plz? If you had to choose one which would it be and why? I have no loyalties to either JD or Husq, my loyalties lie in the $$$. :) All opinions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
