No, that's not what I'm saying. My expecation is to receive the same total 4 year warranty that is now being offered (i.e., a 2 year extension to my current 2 year warranty). My point is that customer loyality doesn't seem to matter here. It's the same tractor and if I bought it new today, I'd get a 4 year warranty. Just because icentives are often offered to attract new customers (ignoring the old)...doesn't make it right.
