If I understand correctly, you want a retroactive warantee extension to a total of 5 years because new mowers come with a 4 year warantee? And you want this two years after you purchased your mower? In my opinion, you are asking for a lot. If any manufacturer had to retroactively offer any feature or honor any promotion to all previous customers that had the nerve to ask for these, no one would ever offer any improvements, upgrades, or promotional benefits, for fear of 10 years of previous customers demanding their free piece of the pie.
