I have a model 210 lawn tractor with a Kohler K21A series engine. It will start, idel fine and within a few minutes starts to run rough and won't rev. to full speed. I have rebuilt the carb, replaced the fuel pump, fuel line and cleaned the screen on the fuel shut off valve. It has new points and spark plug. When running rough it will run better if the lights are turned on. It has good compression. Any ideas?
