My 4240 will not start unless the hydraulic valve is shut off ahead of crank pulley. The tractor has new batteries, new cables, new starter, new alternator. It has been sitting for 7 years, but runs good with hydraulic shut off starting. The steering, 3 point, and hydraulics seem to work normal after they are turned on. I have run tractor for 3 hours thinking it would loosen up, but still will not start. All information would be appreciated. Joe Sherle Hobart Okla.
