I HAD A SIMILIAR PROBLEM WITH MY 4020---I WOULD USE AIR TO BLOW BACK INTO THE TANK FROM THE SIDE PUMP AND IT WOULD RUN GREAT FOR AWHILE---I FOUND THE FUEL LINE IN THE TANK HAD BROKEN OFF AND THRASH HAD FILLED IT AND WAS STOPPPING IT UP.
