Hello,
I recently purchased a used STX38 in great condition except for the fact I have very little tension on the brake. It to be pushed to the floor to stop and there is not intermediate. How can I adjust this to provide tension and the ability to slowly stop. I have had the brake pads looked at and they appear to be fine.
Thanks,
Justin
