Mine was doing that up until this afternoon when it stopped moving. I got off and got under and discovered a spring hanging from the frame with a broken hook. That's why i googled this forum. Can't get to the JD Parts Dealer 'til the weekend. I am guessing this spring is the key to the situation. Damn is it ever hard to push the 185 while holding the button down and trying to steer!
