A cheap and hopefully good way to attempt a fix may be to replace the "time delay module" (about 15 bucks.
My Kaw 425 did the exact same thing... 600 bucks, a rebuild and a new cam and still the same problem.
16 bucks later and a new time delay module and the problem is completely gone and I have mowed several hours with the fix and still no stalling.
