:I have the same problem with my tractor(JD 2020 or 2030) in that I cannot engage the PTO while running. It is very hard on the starter and battery to try and crank the tractor with the PTO engaged with a rotary cutter hooked up, not to mention dangerous.

How do I access the part mentioned in the previous post to repair it?
