E-bay has both manuals available. The 135A-145A manual is 14.95 + shipping and the 135H-145H manual is 5.95 + shipping. So for about $25 you've covered all the possibilities. The cover of the 135H-145H manual shows a 4-bottom plow. The 135A-145A cover does not have a picture but the e-bay listing on this manual shows an inside page of the manual with a picture of a 5-bottom plow.
