Kawasaki 20 HP. This engine is a proven performer overall. Although your dealer did try and rip you off. For anyone to assume that all there products are problem free are living in a fantasy world. In one of your statements you motioned that the Air filter was soaked with oil and the right side cylinder was fouling first or worst.
This is caused by a bad coil pack, a blown head gasket or bad compression rings.
If the coil pack is bad you will not burn the gas completely thus fouling plugs.
The blown head gasket will allow compressed gasses to inter the crank case and over pressurize it witch will push oil into the crank case vent that relives itself into the right hand side of the air filter. The air filter will be clogged with oil and not allow air to flow and cause your engine to run rich with the end result of Fouled plugs. Just so you know. Thank you.
