Take the feed wire from switch to solenoid off at the solenoid, make a temp hook up with a little jumper wire with a alligator clip, or have a helper just hold wire on, then hit starter and if it stays engaged, remove temp wire. If it stops cranking, the switch is problem, if it keeps right on cranking, solenoid is problem.
