Remove the connector from the top of the IP [injection pump]..Unscrew it totally, not just the line, the entire connector..Start the engine..Does it run ok? IF NOT
Check the voltage to the shut-off solenoid {if equipped} Clamp a meter to both nuts on top, one pos. and one neg..turn key on..you should hear a click and the voltage should be 10-12v..Now start the engine and watch the voltage..It should stay at whatever voltage you had earlier{or more}..if it suddenly goes to below 8v or 0..you found your problem..VOLTAGE TO S/O SOLENOID..
