Sounds like you have blocked fuel taps, fuel should run to filters fairly easily by gravity alone if they are clear and there is fuel in tank.
the main supply is the front one on the right, the other two join the two halves of the tank (which may also be blocked) take out the tap and blow though with compressed air. can be done by blowing back the pipe at the filters, but ive found the muck comes back again next week !!
Have known tanks to be so full of rubbish they need removing and steam cleaning inside.
