You need to remove radiator and then radiator support as it is the top cover for steering shaft. There is one bolt that can be difficult to get out as it eiether a internal allen head or a 12 point. May require a few good wacks with a hammer to get it's attention. Nut holding sector in is made for a special wrench but carful use of punch will suffice. The sector has timing marks to align with the piston. Lower o-ring is what usually leaks, actual seal is to keep dirt out as the lower bearing is actually lubricated with chassis grease. I suppose I forgot a few items but you get the picture.
