getting a 1066 with 8083 hrs. that my grandpa purchased new in 1975 I believe. It is at my uncles farm currently. The parking brake is locked up, and the tractor has not moved for a few years. He had a mechanic look at it twice and it keeps locking up, and he gave up on it and moved on to other things. Any ideas what might be involved in this problem? I need to get it freed up so I can try to save this tractor's life!
