I was wondering if anyone has any experience converting the carb. on an old farmall to a single barrel automotive carb. and doing away with the governers? I was thinking of having two aluminum flanges machined (one to match the intake, other to match carb.) then making a throat in roughly a U shape so that I can use a standard carb on my H, then bypassing or permanently opening the govners so that I can use a throttle cable directly to the carb.
