No special tool to install seal, need a puller to pull the dampner pulley off. Some pulleys have three holes for puller and some two. Use them holes, don't pull on outside of pulley. I always heat them in boiling water to ease installation. Not oven as they have rubber in them. Pull the entire oil pump to replace the seal along with two o-rings and there is also a special washer that seals the crankshaft and pulley. There will be a sleeve to install on pulley also. Actually that can sometimes be the biggest headache in the whole job. I suppose you already know there is room to pull pulley off without moving front bolster fwd.
