See you have the ta working, far as engine speeds, the two adjustment screws on rear , one with capsule is low idle speed just screw it out a bit, hard to get at the lock nut. High idle is other screw with a acorn cap on it I think, hey, I have an old pump laying on the shelf , will take a look for sure here. Yup, right above the low idle capsule. Just take cap off and screw that one in. Can't hurt anything unless you try to remove lower one completely as it has a snap ring inside to keep it from falling out which I have seen them do. Loses lot of engine oil real quick.
