Don: That C-135 block is the same basic block as C-113 or C-123. I suspect it has the same oil pump as well. Those pumps can wear and give the results your getting. Since it is much cheaper fix than crank and bearings it is worth a shot. What happens with these pumps, plate on bottom end gets worn, thus out of shape, allowing warm oil to bypass the pump gears. That end plate has to be machined until flat.
