Andrew: It looks like one of the British diesels assembled at Louisville KY, but they don't have TA. They have 4 forward and reverse on main shift with a manual high-low. They have factory 3 point hitch and swept back front axle.
That one seems to have drag link steering, so that rules out some of the Louisville tractors. For example any 444 I've seen have hydrostatic steering. It could be a 424. Then there was a 354, but I'm not sure it was a Louisville tractor.
