Bill: If you take notice the front sheave on fan pulley is threaded. There is a set screw, maybe two, I've forgotten hold that sheave from turning on it's threads. You have to get the set screw or screws loose, then thread that front sheave towards the fan. Be prepared for a round or two of penetrating oil on both screws and sheave. Once you have that sheave opened up the belt will come off crank pulley quite easily.
It works well if your changing belts every 5 years or less. Good system for high hour tractors.
