I have also recently run into a problem with my 444. The wiring harness started melting while I was driving it and now it won't start (turns over though). The book I have (I&T Shop Service - IH201) has a wiring diagram for every other tractor in the book but only has a sketch of the components and the wires but no actual diagram with junction or test points. If you want that I can scan and email but if anyone has an actual wiring diagram, I would appreciate it.
