Ken: I'm almost certain the 3 bolt pattern on that belly mount is different, part is larger with larger bolt pattern, on large chassis tractors. My experience is with 300, should be same as H and 560 should be same as M. Bear in mind it was also late 1960s when I put a new drawbar on my 560, my memory is a bit rusty on this one. Sorry I can't be more certain.
