Water backing up into carb from radiator.Removed head and found gasket cement had been used to seal head. Head has been pressure checked and milled flat. Any ideas why the water would be forced into the carb? Who ever put the head gasket on used gasket cement around every opening in the gasket. Tractor ran fine until this problem started.
