If you have not bought it yet, maybe not too big, they are fairly compact. I doubt if you would need power steering, but I don't know if it was offered. For that price it should last forever for you unless it has hidden problems, then it just would be a little more expensive. Site unseen is not the best idea, unless there is some kind of operational guarantee. I bought my tractor that way and was lucky, some people are not.
