IHC 240 Utility Questions..Please help??

I found a tractor that I am interested in buying, they claim its a 1967, but dident they only make these tractors from 1958-1961? He claims the serial number is 1099J. Does that sound right? Can anyone tell me if this is a three point hitch as well? I was told from a different source, they came with a 2 point??....Also, what do you think is a fair price for one? This is all I know to date: INTL 4-cyl gas engine, 26HP, 4-speed manual transmission, 2WD, starts, runs and drives. 5.5x6 and 12.4x24 tires (good condition, new on rear), sold with 6-ft Woods mower attachment, 3-pt hitch. Electrical system has been converted from 6v to 12v. Body and mechanical systems in good condition. Sold w/ keys, bill of sale and transferable registration. Sound ok, look ok? anything noticable in the pics that I should be aware of? Its up for auction....I have not seen it. Thanks!
