HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN INTERNATIONAL 1066 WITH THE LIFT IN MID HEIGHT AND WONT GO UP OR DOWN. ALL LEVERS APPEAR TO BE CONNECTED. THE FRONT VALVE BY YOUR RIGHT FOOT HAS AN ORING ON IT BUT APPEARS TO BE FINE. ANY OTHER OPINIONS?
