It might help, but if youve pulled it around, then it probably wont. I would put just regualr enigne oil in it, a teaspoon or so and let it sit a little while, put the plugs back in and pull it around some more. How does the handcrank feel when you just turn it without engaging it into the cogs to start. Could just be a little rusty?
