Id spray a little WD40, or you favorite lube, down in the lube holes fo the mag and go from there.The impulse could just be a little rusty not allowing it to flip back. This may cause it to be hard to pull, but I kinda dought it. WQithout being there t it, its would be hard for me to make a good guess. You do have the retard lever in the right position, right? Sometimes its the litle things we overlook.
