With engine running, disconnect the wire to the electric solenoid, engine should shut off , if it does not the gasoline is leaking around the jet, if it does shut down immediately the jet is just the wrong one, too large a hole. I can't remember if there is an o-ring on the end of that solenoid or not, if there is supposed to be of course the fuel will just go around it if none is on it.
