I have a IH 584 that is having pto problems. For example, when bailing, it will hit a heavy bunch in a windrow and it will stall the pto for a moment and then take off and run again. I don't know if this tractor has a mechanical or hydraulic pto. My 886 of the same year , '81, has a hydraulic pto. Help please.
