I have a IH 560 LP the hydrylic pump when the tractor is running sounds like the pump is starving for oil it is full. I was having trouble with the loader. i had the spools all checked and reassembled by pros. they were fine the cylindrs on the loader were rebuilt.I put it all back together and it was not working as good as before. any ideas Thanks
