WHile I agree with Hugh, Ill give the answer to your problem..... Its stuck in 2 gears. You will have to remove the shfter, line up the shifter rails, probably with the other two to the left, as youre sitting on the tractor, reinsatll and wait until it does it again, or have the end of the shifter built up and ground down to just a tad smaller than the slot on the shifter ralis.
