I am not a expert but I have a service manual and its could be incorrect valve adjustement,injection pump not properly timed,pre-cleaner clogged,worn pistons rings and sleeves,defective injection nozzle,improper fuel,air cleaner pipe clogged or too much oil in air cleaner.
