I have a 400 farmall and im trying to remove the inner brake drum any ideas how it comes off i was told you have to remove top plate on rear end housing to get to bolts on inside does any one else know how this is done or could mine be rusted on i did remove the 5 bolts that hold the drum on but have 3 twisted bolts in the removal
