Need Help.....I just purchased a International 354 gas tractor and the Fast/Slow knob from the control valve assemble was broken off under the driver's seat. I bought a used control valve assemble and all new gaskets, O rings and I replace it. Now the 3 point arms will only lift at full throttle and go down when at slow RPMs. I stood on the lift arms and tried to get them to left and they would not, when I got off them they would. I bleed the hydraulic lines and added new fluid....What's up?
