Matt: Cabs are one item manufacturers did not stock or make replacement parts for very long after a tractor was built. I had a 1066 and before it was 10 years old, most cab parts were not available. I would expect by now used parts are not plentiful. The same parts rusted on yours, will be rusted on all of them.
Auto body shops in an area where there is enough volume, probably can do a good job. That said, when you look around the countryside, a lot of them are becoming open station or non cab tractors.
