You didnt read his post, he has a 74 Cub, which by then IH wasnt using the Cub enigne on a combine, the governor is most likely already the same as the LoBoy 184, and if you really knew the engine, poptops would only add a few HP, like 1 per cylinder. Shorter tires will only lower the rearend causing the deck to ride different, and theres not much adjustment back there for the deck.
