as for the brakes you will have to pull then apart, hard to say for sure what shape the discs and plates will be in, also has self adjusters that need to be checked out, most likely they are shot. the pto leak, if it is the top shaft, 1000 rpm one, the seal can be removed and installed from the outside, if it is lower shaft, 540 rpm, the seal is installed from inside and the entire pto unit has to be disassembled as the seal is the last item that comes out .
