Last year I replaced the hydraulic pump on my Int. 460 Utility due to low pressure (worn out). It fixed the pressure problem but now get a very loud whine from the hyd. control system when in idle state (cylinder not moving). Seems like pressure relief valve is screaming but no pressiure adjustment that I am aware of. Already broke the original pressure relief spring and replaced. Cleaned and inspected all control valves, seem ok. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
