right on with the boot on shift lever, however condensation can add an awful lot of moisture under the right conditions. On a cold day you can find frost on top of the trans fluid, I have seen it. Also , if the 460 was updated it should have an o-ring under the spring and washer on shift lever. As far as sea foam dissapating the moisture, that is what the hy tran is doing by holding water in suspension. Only it is overloaded. Some hydraulic fluids don't hold moisture very well so it will settle out to bottom. Also , any suction side air leaks will cause oil to foam and get milky in a hurry and the strange thing is the fluid doesn't seem to stabilize unless left stand for several days.If the filter paper gets soft and mushy it is moisture though. There are some catch points where water will accumulate and you can't drain them readily. One is the t shaped plate under the ta housing which you can of course take off and clean up when changing fluid, but another is in the front steering bolster, have seen so much water in them the steering would freeze in cold weather. If you have a loader on tractor of course all cylinders are full of same milky oil and bleeding them out is fun . Well, good luck,.
