Doug: 460 should have a fill to level plug just forward of clutch or brake pedals, about 1/3 of the way up from bottom of gear box. It's been 20 since I've been around these, bit rusty but I think that plugis on clutch side.
For filling there is a 3 bolt plate just opposite gear shift lever. Use only CaseIH hy tran or an oil with same specs. The hydraulic oil filter is on the side of torque tube behind a flat plate held in place by 6 bolts.
