The fuel in the oil makes me think you may have a burned valve. Either way the head will have to come off and a new head gasket installed. If it does turn out to be just a head gskt, I personally would also get a valve job done while it's apart.
Not a terribly complicated repair to r/r the head gasket. Neither is a valve job but you'd need the equipment for that- lots of coin for that stuff.
Tired of this winter yet? Thought we might be out fo the woods on sunday but...
